Q: WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
A: ALL items are subject to a handling period of approximately 2-3 business days before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-7 business days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
A: For ALL items, please allow a maximum of 3-4 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from our supplier partners located in other countries. However, we always strive to deliver within an optimal time frame of 2-3 weeks. Due to our ZERO shipping rates we charge, we can only use the cheapest shipping services available to us, and this accounts for the relatively long wait times. Sometimes they can be a bit faster, but will still take 2-3 weeks (at best). Please bear with us, but if it arrives sooner, great!
Q: WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
A: Although our fulfillment house is located in the United States, to provide you with the best price and selection, most of our promotional items are located in other countries such as China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Australia.
Q: WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
A: For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. This applies especially for different items within the same order cart. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
Q: WILL I BE PROVIDED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?
A: Some promotional items will have tracking numbers and others will not depending on where they are shipping from and the mode of shipping. If your item is shipped with a tracking number, it will be provided to you after the item ships. Most of our items do have tracking numbers though, and they will be provided to you via email.
Q: CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
A: If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.
