SHIPPING

• PROMOTIONAL SHIPPING TIMES : Please allow up to 4 weeks on promotional sale products and/or promotional shipping.
• We are able to offer such low pricing because we work directly with manufacturers and suppliers worldwide. Our products are shipped from all over the world directly from the suppliers/distributors. This may cause longer shipping times depending on where you are located in the world.
  
• We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible in order to pass on the savings to our customers, but that does result in longer shipping times.
• Individual items may ship in separate packages.

REFUNDS

• We value your business and will work with you if you are not satisfied. On the rare occasion that our partners ship you the wrong product or you have issues with order delivery, then just send us an email (using contact form on this page) and we will help you out. WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY!

• In summary, if you can aren’t satisfied with your purchase, then we will refund your money. You have nothing to worry about with regards to returns/refunds.
